RE+FUELLet’s connect
A RE+CIRCLE originated concept

From plastics.
To clean diesel.

Developing modular facilities to turn industrial plastic waste into EN 590 clean diesel for direct use in compatible diesel vehicles. The technology’s diesel output has been TÜV-tested.

THE STARTING MATERIAL

A resource waiting
for its next purpose.

Industrial and agricultural operations generate plastic waste that can be difficult to handle. RE+FUEL focuses on these plastic streams as feedstock for regional fuel production.

A viable facility starts with suitable material, predictable volumes and practical collection routes. Feedstock selection and preparation form part of the project design.

THE PROPOSED PATHWAY

Source. Convert.
Qualify the fuel.

A modular processing approach connects local plastic feedstock with the quality requirements of the fuel market.

01 / SOURCE

Secure the feedstock.

Work with industrial and agricultural supply partners to define suitable plastic streams, collection arrangements and consistent input quality.

INDUSTRIAL PLASTIC WASTE
02 / CONVERT

Recover its fuel value.

Use thermal and catalytic processing to convert prepared plastics, followed by upgrading and refining into clean diesel.

MODULAR PROCESSING
03 / QUALIFY

Ready for direct use.

The intended output is EN 590 clean diesel, ready for direct filling of compatible diesel vehicles. The technology’s output is TÜV-tested; each facility still needs its own quality controls and approvals.

CURRENT STAGE · SAFE B

RE+FUEL is in Design & Feasibility. The current focus is the facility design and commercial model: feedstock, processing capacity, logistics, costs and routes to market.

  1. AEarlier stage

    Stakeholder Alignment

Identify and align key partners, work towards letters of intent and establish the stakeholder foundations.

  2. BCurrent stage

    Design & Feasibility

Confirm the commercial structure. Validate costs, revenues and the operating model.

  3. CNext stage

    Commitments

Negotiate contracts, complete the financial model and prepare for the Final Investment Decision (FID).

RE+CIRCLE develops circular industrial projects in cooperation with regional and industrial partners.
